I ordered my sweatshirt in neon violet for a family photo shoot with a black purple wardrobe theme. The color is outrageously beautiful but after laundering it I had more shrinkage than I or the merchant expected. I washed in cool water, tumbled it for a few minutes to wrinkle release and hung it to air dry. It shrunk enough to be uncomfortable across my bust and I cannot wear it now. I messaged the merchant on the website a few days ago but have not had a response for how to resolve the issue. I'm hoping to not have to reschedule the photo appointment and find another appropriate purple shirt.
I will add that in addition to the beautiful color, the cotton is incredibly soft and washed up with no pilling of the fabric whatsoever. I would recommend aftergnlsundering experience to size up one size of you want to launder it like a normal person and fully dry it in the dryer. I'm hoping the merchant responds to my issue for resolution as I have a sweat shirt I cannot comfortably wear now. Too expensive of a loss for me. I am rating this as "true to size" based on how it fit when I put it on from the package only

I LOVE the quality and comfort of the items from this shop. The shirts are soft and thick. The print has that vintage feel but doesn’t peel off and looks exactly the same after several washes. I recommend sizing up on the sweatshirt if you like a looser fit. Be careful what stain remover products you use on the shirts. I used Miss Mouth’s stain spray on the green shirt (totally my fault; I didn’t test it first) and it took the color out by the collar. I’ve ordered three times from this shop and the owner was awesome to work with! She was quick to respond and helped me out when my sweatshirt was too small. I can’t recommend this shop enough for all of your NFL gear needs! We will definitely be ordering again for our yearly Dolphins haul!

This item took 7 days from order to delivery. That is normal for my location. The sweatshirt was excellent quality and a little stiffer than I'm used to - I expect this will last many years of constant wear. The color is excellent and washes well. The design looks and feels high quality and professional. I did not need customer service for this order, so I cannot comment on that. Overall, I am extremely happy with my ordering experience and the item I received. I can't wait for the temperatures to get down low enough for me to enjoy wearing it everyday!

I just received my sweatshirt and absolutely love it! The color, monogramming, fit, feel, quality and customer service [experience with Kristina] definitely met my expectations. It is worth the wait. I rated shipping 4 stars because it took a while to get, but I’d rather it take a little longer and it’s made well versus getting it quick and it’s “crap.” One other thing, I like that the sweatshirt WAS NOT in air sealed packaging. I ordered a Schitts Creek sweatshirt as a gift for my daughter from another vendor and it was air sealed packed and it ruined the sweatshirt (wrinkles everywhere). Thank you so much!!
